| Making a Booking
|
A valid credit card is required to make a booking.
* Most bookings are confirmed instantly, however some confirmations take up to 48 hours.
* When paying by credit card, your credit card is charged the above total as soon as we receive confirmation of your booking.
* If confirmation isn't received instantly, an authorisation is held against your card until it arrives.
* If you change or cancel your booking request, charges apply.

Cancellation Protection will also be charged, if accepted by you at the time of your accommodation request.
An email will be sent to you acknowledging your accommodation request.
If the charge is refused by your credit card provider, the booking shall be null and void.

| Upon Confirmation of Your Booking
|
A Booking Confirmation will be sent to you by email detailing your reservation, accommodation contact details and charges.
Upon confirmation of your accommodation request, the booking will be subject to our Cancellation and Amendment Policy, unless you have accepted Cancellation Protection.

| Cancellation and Amendment Policy
|
Cancellation after submitting a booking request: $50 plus cancellation / amendment fees of individual properties up to 100% of rate charged.
If Cancellation Protection paid for Pubstay properties, cancellation after submitting a booking request up to 12 noon 3 days prior to check-in: $25. Cancellation after 12 noon 3 days prior to check-in or no-show: No refund.
Amendments are treated as cancellations – refer to above for cancellation policy.

Rates are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am
