When you make a reservation or purchase with www.pubstay.org.au we will share information about you and your purchase with the hotel, attraction/theatre, coach company, restaurant, airline, rail company, cruise line broker, tour operator, and/or other service provider. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel providers or that your order of products or services is fulfilled.

| Special Offer Newsletters and other Communications

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. From time to time we will send members newsletters containing information on new group supplier offers, new products and packages relating to their business. Out of respect for the privacy of our members we offer the option to not receive these types of communications. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user regarding updates to our site and service and issues relating to their account via email or phone.

We take fraud and protection of your privacy very seriously. We use Barclays Bank PDQ secure credit card processing and hold no credit card information on our servers. In the unlikely event that your credit card is used on Barclays PDQ system from www.pubstay.org.au and you didn't authorise it, follow the reporting procedures of the card issuer, and contact us immediately. Many credit card companies will cover all of the charges that result from unauthorized use of your cards, and your maximum liability is just £100. If your credit card company does hold you liable for unauthorised charges made as a result of your credit card transaction with www.pubstay.org.au, we will reimburse you for your remaining liability, up to the maximum of £100.
